Hayden Grove: Personal Trainer / Master Trainer

“Using a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and the art of Bodybuilding, I help everyone look and feel their ultimate best.”

Hayden’s passion for fitness started as a high school and collegiate athlete, as a 2-time All-American Men’s Volleyball player. After college, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Hayden turned his passion toward aesthetic body building, competing in multiple physique competitions over the past 3 years. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Hayden is well equipped to help you reach your fitness goals.

 

Michael Mosqueda: Personal Trainer 

“Don’t stop when you are tired, stop when you are done.”

When Michael started playing sports as a kid, he had no idea it would turn into his biggest passion and career. In high school, he began diving into the world of fitness and loving every part of it. This passion migrated into his college years, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from Concordia University Chicago and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Now, Michael loves nothing more than seeing his clients reach their goals; goals they never thought could be a reality. Michael’s training not only focuses on these physical challenges, but helping his clients see their true potential in every aspect of life. 

 

 

 

Elena Soboleva: Personal Trainer

Originally from Sibieria, Elena’s fitness journey is not coookie cutter. Better yet, she understands that yours isn’t either – and is on a mission to bring positivity to every single part of your journey and transformation. A competitive bodybuilder, fitness model and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Elena strives to lead you to a better, healthier and happier life. Her #1 priority is to find the best way to help you reach your fitness goals, training both your body and your mind.

 

Marc Lansing: Personal Trainer 

“With proper movement and coaching, there is nothing you can’t achieve.” 

Marc comes from a childhood of playing sports, from football to baseball, and excelling in track and field. This love of being active turned into a passion for seeing all the ways that the human body could be pushed. After graduating from Western Illinois University with a degree in Exercise Science, Marc began his career in sports performance and personal training, and has stayed there ever since. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he takes pride in making people are moving properly while also meeting their goals.

 

Rachel Jablow: Personal Trainer 

Rachel is a former competitive figure skater with a life-long love of fitness. While living in NYC, she worked for 15 years in the financial industry on a trading desk but felt her work lacked the passion she felt when she was active and training. Rachel has enjoyed training through a variety of modalities from running, swimming, biking, strength training, yoga, pilates, dance…you name it.  But her love of jump rope training led her to found Get Roped™️, a method that incorporates strength and conditioning through interval training, using only a jump rope. With groove-worthy playlist, Rachel brings a challenging, yet fun and encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.
