Hayden’s passion for fitness started as a high school and collegiate athlete, as a 2-time All-American Men’s Volleyball player.  After college, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Hayden turned his passion toward aesthetic body building, competing in multiple physique competitions over the past 3 years.  As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Hayden is well equipped to help you reach your fitness goals.

Elena’s story is one of perserverance, strength and dedication. Elena moved from Siberia to the US when she was 21 years old, knowing no one and actually knowing nothing about fitness. Her own fitness journey and self-discovery led her to her passion for helping others in any way possible and helping them love their bodies. Now, Elena is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a published fitness model and a social media influencer. She can’t wait to help you be your best self, both in and outside of the gym!

Marc grew up an athlete, excelling in track & field. He always loved seeing what the mind and human body could do — and seeing how far it could be pushed. After pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Western Illinois University, Marc went into sports performance where he trained high-level, elite athletes. Marc thrives in strength and performance training with functional movements, as well as making sure people are moving properly and excelling far beyond their goals.
